Relaxation and Meditation Classes

Breath Work, Visualisation for relaxation and Meditation for Life Enhancement
Please call the Centre for more information. There is no fee for this workshop, however a gold coin donation would be greatly appreciated

Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting

This four week parenting workshop is an approach to teaching that helps children succeed, gives them information, and supports their growth.

The Science of Anger

This three week workshop aims to help participants learn a new way of approaching anger; learn how your mind creates anger; how to get out of the anger trap with acceptance and how to take control of your life by acting on life not anger.

A four week self – esteem course suitable for women of all ages.

Stop Struggling with Anxiety and Depression

This six week course aims to help participants let go of the exhausting and painful struggle to manage or control anxiety and depression.

Who Moved My Cheese

This interactive 2 hour workshop includes watching a 16 minute film clip based on the book and features
the four characters from the book, two mice; Sniff and Scurry, and two little people; Hem and Haw.
Cheese represents what we want in life. The Maze represents where you spend your time looking for what you want.
Have you ever for robbed/ lost your cheese? Become someone new who learns how to find more Cheese?
What would you do if you weren’t afraid??
