Stop Struggling with Anxiety and Depression

This six week course aims to help participants let go of the exhausting and painful struggle to manage or control anxiety and depression.

Me Time

A NEW creative eight week workshop in Self Care and Well-Being Rediscover and reconnect to your body in a safe supported environment. Learn a variety of strategies for relaxation and well-being that will help you to reconnect to yourself.

Who Moved My Cheese

This interactive 2 hour workshop includes watching a 16 minute film clip based on the book and features
the four characters from the book, two mice; Sniff and Scurry, and two little people; Hem and Haw.
Cheese represents what we want in life. The Maze represents where you spend your time looking for what you want.
Have you ever for robbed/ lost your cheese? Become someone new who learns how to find more Cheese?
What would you do if you weren’t afraid??

Single Safe and Satisfied

A six week course for women who live alone. Topics include Relationship Styles, How to spot a Snake, Embracing Change, Boundaries and Healthy Intimacy.

International Women's Day 2018

Come and Celebrate International Women’s Day. We will have Guest Speakers, Pamper Sessions and Craft Activities. Lunch will be provided.

You are invited to an information session on the Local Health Services available in the Wide Bay. Lunch will be provided and there will be an Art/Craft Activity int he afternoon.

This four week parenting workshop is an approach to teaching that helps children succeed, gives them information, and supports their growth.
